Cleaning is a breeze. Remove the food tray for washing and wipe down the main unit regularly. We recommend cleaning the feeder every couple of weeks for optimal performance.

If your Wi-Fi goes down, the feeder will continue to dispense meals based on the last settings. Once the connection is restored, it will sync back up with the app.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order. So please fill in your address in full detail; otherwise, the package may be returned to us, or your request may be ignored to avoid further issues.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based on EUR . If your credit card is based on another currency, your order total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Please note: Any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based in English, all information must be entered in English characters (including punctuation). If your address contains non-English letters, please replace them with similar English ones. For example: replace "ç" with "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping addresses cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please use your residential address instead of a vocational/workplace address, as we cannot control how long customs may hold your package.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you selected. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will usually be available within 24 hours, and we will email it to you the next day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.

We will email your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (usually within one day).

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (not on weekends).

During holidays and sale seasons, extra processing time may be needed.
